In St Elizabeth's churchyard, Aspull. The cross is similar to the design of one of the types of wooden cross erected in France and Belgium over the graves of men killed. Perhaps the family visited his grave, or had a photograph of it, which inspired them to have a copy made in stone as their remembrance of him back here. Note it says he was killed on 1st November, whereas the War Graves site records it as the 2nd.
