im not 100% sure but i seem to have viewed this photo elsewhere?think mb in a WIGAN museum catalogue you could purchase one time, and according to my in laws ie BARNES family they remarked that it was their mums Hilda Nee Litherland Barnes, Grandmother her name if i recall?was Brown. lived in higher Ince PEEL ST,im sure and Hilda was raised by her grandma parent's went to look for work in Barnsley Yorkshire later to have a large family of Litherland's one of the grandson's played cricket for England with Ian Botham , ie Arnold Sidebottom another played in World darts too.Hilda my MOTHER IN LAW passed in 91 aged 73yrs.there is a photo of her in people ?as LITHERLAND on Wigan Album!sat on some step's . so this extra info might help to bring recognition to the above photo. as it may or may not be accurate?
