Wesley Dawson (All Saints) Second from Left. Third from left is Major (Jack) Major Wigan Battalion Commander, myself, fourth from left then Wally Blakely far right. I can not for the life of me remember the person on the far Left.

I always thought Major Major's Name was Thomas. That's what it said on the side of his van. "Thos Major" Builders. I could be wrong it was a while ago.

You are correct Keith, the name on his van was thom, but i only knew him as Jack, Fred

the Majors name was Jack ,Thomas was his Dads name the van was his dads
I used to have a friend called Ken Rutter in the 1950`s.
I think he came from the Darlington St>>>>>>>>>>Ince area
