About four years ago, my wife's sister in law, June, she is a very artistic person. Her family sent us this Christmas card. It depicts the church where my wife, and I were married, in 1961. Each year we put the card up in a prominent place. The church. St Mary's R.C. Church, Wigan. The card, all June's own work. (The photograph is slightly blurred, due to the thickness of the card I couldn't completely close the printer lid.)

It could be a case of loose eye sockets after my long day of festivity but i think yuov'e given the card a rather interesting 3D effect Albert. And a Merry Christmas to You and Yours.

Although I belonged toSt.Pats when growing up I come to this church quite often when in Wigan. I like old churches rather than modern ones and St.Mary's never seems to change. It's as if walking into the past when you enter.
