I've not seen anything like this before - inside the folded-up Teddy Bear card is a fold-out series of 12 small photographs of Wigan - hence the legend on the bear's front. The address label is attached with a red thread. It was sent on December 28th 1909 from Wigan to Whittingham, near Preston.

This certainly is an unusual item, Teddy Bears were still a very new idea in 1909.
