Another photo of St Johns Ambulance c about 1950s.James Conlan is in the middle (standing) Anyone help with the names of anyone and what is this Shield?

Surely someone from the current St Johns Ambulance Brigade Wigan must recognise this shield? It must still be around somewhere.
I have been collating the trophy's at wigan for a number of years now and it looks like this is one of those many trophy's that have disappeared

l was in St Johns at Goose Green in late 50s. Think the guy on the left was called Hodgson, l recognise the man second right but can't remember his name, think he may have been from the Wigan division.
