Train just delivered a train of empty wagons for Golborne colliery.4 March 1975.
Ah, the good old days - when a train had to have a guardsvan at the rear, no matter how short the train was. ;-)
Great picture Tom, just where the branch to the colliery joins the old GCR original line to St. Helens. Fist time I have seen the branch with rails down! Thanks again.
