Intercity at full tilt northward bound. Taken near to the Spencer Road footpath crossing. Late 1980s. I was having a chat with a railway workman who was happily puffing on his pipe. Anybody recognise him?

There's not a lot of him showing but I think it may be Francis Holland.

I think you are right Keith it does look like Francis Holland. He was in the Coppull gang which maintained this length of track and he also smoked a pipe.
