The blacked out area is presumably the target? Right hand side is written Pagefield Iron Works. Walker Brothers Engineering at Pagefield produced shells and Marine engines during World War 2 and had produced Pagefield trucks 1914-1918.In the late 1930s it produced trucks, engine parts,diesel railcars.On this basis, Walker Brothers it is.

Some German transation. eisen u walzwerk : iron rolling mill, Stand Oktober 1939:was Oct 1939, Geheim :Secret, Lang : Longitude, Missweisung : Declination (adjustment used on military compass for grid magnetic angle)

interestingly they did not hightlight Beech Hill munitions factory on the same sheet.
We were clearly unaware of how close we were to a prime German target living only 200yds from Walkers through the war.
