this is a photo of the old newtown labour club, on warrington rd at the corner of atherton st, taken around 1953. it was the childrens outing.In the photograph are sammy roberts, and billy Mcphail at the front.
and the lady with the baby is mrs halliwell.also in the picture are,jack allen,harry gibson,mrs murphy and her daughter
