A church hall in Golborne? Wigan? I guess the quotation should rhyme: "The easy chair / is the xxxxxx's xxxxxx". Can anyone complete it? How about the foundation stone (which should identify the building for us): "Laid by Ralph xxxxxxxx in memory of William xxxxxxxx". Can anyone help? Photo late 1940s.
