Another of my Fathers collection of a "picture post Card" with TOM HUGHES, 190, WALLGATE, WIGAN. stamped on the back. Is this Tom dressed up holding a Hoppy Horse at the back of his premises in Wallgate. Like the other photocard I guess the1930's again.

Barrie he was in the Wigan Carnival. I have a photo of him somewhere, in the parade on his HOBBY HORSE

Where he is standing is where the Bathroom showroom now is, in fact behind it, looks very similar to this even now.
