Bob Sankey, ( left ), John Heaton, and Chrissie Robbo, prepare to ' agitate the gravel ' in the Humber Pullman, early one sunny morning in July 1970, on a one hit run from Bray sur Somme in Picardy down to St. Tropez. Autoroutes were few and far between in those days and the 24 hour trip involved a frequent change of drivers.

The 60s/70s were a time when all things were possible and the younger generation looked to the future with optimism. Where did it all go wrong ?
