He's my great grandmothers brother. Frances Topping.
I'm trying to trace the topping family , my grandmother was born 23 december 1900 , in hindley Wigan we found out she was adopted when she died , but we would love to fine out more about the topping family it was on here birth certificate , can any one hello thanks x
