Taken in Mesnes Park from where the new Childrens Play Area now stands. Rylands became John Englands then GUS and finally Wigan and Leigh Colleges Pagefield Building. Now sadly a magnet for vandals following the Financial crash which scuppered plans for turning into Apartments. No doubt it will "accidentally" catch fire in the near future.
