Gladys, was your parents' wedding filmed on a cine-film? I have a video called A Platt Bridge Story, and there is old cine-film footage on it of a wedding at the church on Walthew Lane, which I feel might be your parents' wedding.

I got it from Smith's in Wigan ,(the old Smiths on Mesnes Street, not W H Smith), many years ago.I don't think it is available now.
