, and our next door neighbors were harry and jenny groves, they used to keep a pub in lower ince not sure if it was big rock or little rock,

Love the photo Sheila, I also had a bubble costume as a kid, probably all the 50's babies had them, looks like your aunt has her dress tucked up in her knicks, I remember my mum doing that on Blackpool beach and my dad rolling up his pants legs to take us in for a paddle. Happy memories.
