In 2002 a project was undertaken to digitise the photo archive depicting life of St Mary Ince over the previous 100 years.
Choir outside South Porch, old St Marys. Crucifer is Horace Valentine. Far right with book under arm is Ernest Travers (later vicar of St Barnabas Marsh Green). To (L) of Horace is Owen Jones, Maurice Heaton next to him, 3rd from (L) at back is John Taylor (later vicar of St James Poolstock and more lately St Mary's Prescot), behind him is George Wier. (L) front row is Donald Cornes with Bill Rimmer behind him
