Has to be later than 1910.
Those ladies fashions date to circa 1930.

The club was only founded in 1922, and the clubhouse in the picture was built a couple of years after that, so it must be mid 1920s or later.
This clubhouse was up Spencers Lane and stood where the present day greenkeepers bungalow is.
