The dress looks like the fashion of the very early 1900’s it could be a replica of one very similar to my grandmother wearing around the same time. The cottage looks a lot older…I bet it didn’t take long for it to be demolished by the ‘knock it down squad’..I would have liked to pop in there for a cup o’tay! I bet the kettle was always on the hob of a black iron fireplace.
