Wigan Album

Is this the church which would have overlooked the old cobbled market square & backed on the Menses St ? I knew it as the Congregational Church that my grandfather attended, he would sometimes take me inside when we were in the town. As a child it seemed to me a vast building.

PS. My Granny didnt attend the same church as my grandpa....she went to Wigan Presbyterian Church....their faiths must have differed !
