Oh how things have changed. Pemberton is now a bustling six platform ultra modern station with two trains every hour to London. The new café serves delicious Indian snacks and the bar is always chocca...

When was jarvo on pemberton station last, i went passed yesterday and was only a two line track between Wigan & Liverpool

you can get to London from pem station. get the train to Piccadilly, get off and on the London train

The Friday night train to Truro leaves at 10.30pm. This is normally quite full, but you must book well in advance. It is NOT a sleeper.

I did a report in the 50s a school project there were 4 personel working busy station in its day.
