I know it says Market Place on this photo, but could you explain exactly where it is please? I can't place it at all.

Catherine - It was where Thomas Cook, and the other shops leading to the Marketgate monstrosity are now.

So Market St is to the left of the photo?

The top of the present day Market St would be where the left hand end of the building is, Carol. It didn't exist at the time the photo was taken.
