Outside our house no 58 .Sorry not much of our street showing but nice pic of my old bike.

There was a chap who worked at Melverly St bus depot used to ride a motorbike around, A triumph just like this with the rear fairing, blue colour. He used it for work, last time i saw him would be about 15 yrs ago, wondered if anyone recalls him.

Another great photo Dennis. Yes, your Triumph looks fantastic. I bought a 1956 Triumph Tiger Cub in about 1959/1960. I think Elgar Matthews had a Triumph as well. Poolstock in those days was a really nice place to live (and go to school)

Yes Elger Matthews had the same bike a Triumph 21 3TA just like the one in the picture used to see it when he was courting Ann Davies Snowden Ave Goose Green I got the same bike in 1964 for £35.

Jim, I can remember you tearing up and down Poolstock Lane on your Tiger cub they always sounded great. I still have a few bikes the one I ride most is a BMW 1200gs so different from the old British bikes we used to ride.

Yes she was i knew her very well,i was best man at her wedding,and my grandma used to live a few doors from you,Mrs Annie Gray.

I remember u Dennis..& the family and the Thomas fam.george tymon.rob halsall..and it was(I believe)Stuart Jones who broke my mums window and think Xmas day lol those were the days...fun!

Yes it was me who broke your mum and dads window,its something ive never forgotten.How are you and your Carol doing,ok i hope.Do you both still live in Wigan
