dave, thanks for this lovely pic,is it in the st or back yard,i was born at 9 york st 1950 and moved 1962 when it was demolished,have you anymore of york st ive been waiting for someone to put some on, you must have lived near the top of the st nearer to prince st,there was a shop at the top and minnies at other end.

Hi Josie,we lived at No 32,which was 4 doors up from Baxendales (molly Hurst)Butchers.Mrs Griffiths had a little shop just across the street.The photo was in the backyard and I will post a few more.There is another album photo on walking days in York St taken from our front door.I cant recall a Prince St.Please post any photos you may have,it is quite easy in ww album.

dave,i dont remember a butchers shop in york st or walking days, are we talking about the same york st, although you have put ince and i only know one york st in ince and it was up belle green lane hr ince,hope its same one dave.

dave , i have put lots of photos on here weddings,schools etc but if you have more pics of york st ince i would love to see them .i have no photos of york st .
