This certainly brings back memories. The Queen was Sheila Chatterley and The Duke of Edinburgh was Maurice Edwards. I can't remember the pageboy's name, but I think maybe his surname was Price and he had a sister named Ethel. Maurice went to live in the U.S.A. and I believe he is still there. Those were the days. Poolstock will always have a special place in my heart even though I left there in 1961

The pageboy was my cousin Cyril Pendergast .His mother was a Price

i love to look back at poolstock even though i left in the 1950 i still remember a lot of my school mates names

iremember eveerything i lived at 53 byrom st opposite stanley heyes and cyril pendergasti remembersheila chatterly and maurice edwards ialso remember tom hagan and his sister patmy auntie olive boardman and uncle peter oakes was my mothers brother and sister they lived in byrom stialso remember joyce silcock and her brother and harry and dennis morgan carol and gwen shaw
