No washing machines, or biological powders,somebodys had those overalls in the boiler and the dolly tub. Monday was t he traditionly washing day in most households,ironing on Tuesday .

Special offers in those days eh ! Wonder what it was and is it on or off !
Am surprised by the large number employed there.
