There were 4 production lines (M/c's 16 to 19) this photo was taken at the wrapping end of m/c 19.
hi you lot remember me i was a fitter on the hot and cold end.Dont see many of the old faces but i did see J Styles Sandra and Joan from the office Jack Hudson whoes now married to Sandra Brian Grady Ste Cunliffe John Hill and Graham Hargreaves at Paul Powers funeral [tragic].They all looked well and dont seem to have changed at all.Sorry ive no photos but will keep looking at the site and enjoy your comments.
I remember this line well Iwas making adjustments to the palletiser from the top of a ladder,ladder slipped I came crashing down on top of a pallet did both knees 2 weeks off.Anyone remember it

Hi Russ its uncanny that you should leave your last comment on the 20th,I was talking to a mutual aquaintance Wayne Prescot,who told me about this site,he was asking me had I been on it and your name cropped up.He told me that he new you butI just forget how,his dad ,John, used to work in the quality dept so he's interested in what people have to say about the works.

Hi Barry - Hope you're keeping well... just been told about the site by one of my work colleagues - he used to work at the old Worksop site. I'm still working in Design at Ardagh Glass (was Rockware) It's great to see and hear from everyone.

i work at glass works 1966 till 1969 gerrald burrows was there in yard jimmy smith use to drive crain & roy smith was on the batch mix thay were great times brian bradshaw was staker driving there& eddie coyle were the best job i hade memorys
