Simon, I don’t remember the factory but the designs and sills involved must have been great. When did the factory close?
It amazes me these days how expensive designer handbags are, most I imagine now made by very poorly paid workers in the Far East.
The Burney name could have been just as famous as Radley, Burberry and all the other designer brands.
