Celebration decorations in a Wigan Printing company I think it may be STARRS as they were, at that time, the biggest printing company in the town

Union Jack in the workplace, you don't see that much now.

We've got some of those paper streamers, actual original ones. Very faded now but still hung every Christmas in our house.
