This is weird. I dreamed about that place several times over the past few months. Then a photo appears on Wiganworld! In the dream all the shops were intact on both sides of the bridge and in one dream I carried on into Wigan. The other I took a left into Lower Ince and in the third, back under the bridge towards Darlington Street. Spooky!

them toilets was a godsend on your way home after being in derby arms all night when you had to walk all the way up darlington st east

The letters on the bridge read, WALKERS WARRINGTON ALES.
Remember that bridge very well.... and Walkers bitter.
