Not known has caught my attention. Any W World detectives give this lovely lass a name?

Can anyone give me the reason for calling this age of primary school children 'infants'? It's a question that has plagued me over the years, I never thought to ask my sister, who was a teacher....After all, we all know that infants become toddlers long before they go to school!

those to whom you refer are infants in terms of their physical development. These are in infants in respect of their school careers.

As I recall, Infant school was up to age 7. Juniors was 7 to 11 and possibly still is.

Arthur: Any particular reason for the question mark side of Ann Parkinson, used to know a lass by that name from Bryn.

John. I question marked Ann because I don.t recognise her. I know I was in the same class as Ann but I just can't be sure it is her. I know see is a teacher.

My lovely uncle Geoff is in the front row- lovely to see this picture as only have walking day ones. My mum is the eldest Rita Gannon, then John, Geoff & Lorraine. I'm very lucky to have a loving close family from Bryn
