Definitely a likeness between young Bobby Sutch and the elder Robert who loved walking.

Bobby was Roberts great grandson Vb

Dennis, I'm almost sure the lad in the centre with the lighter jacket on is Peter Gregory lived on Crawford Avenue.

JJP I believe you are right, the name Peter Gregory definitely rings a bell. It's always good to put a name to a face.
Many thanks.

My granddaughter sent to me these photo's after doing some research into family history.
I remember most of the faces in most of the pictures and I think it would be fantastic if a reunion could be got together with people who lived on and around the Crawford Estate in those times.
It is 45years since I left 14 Crawford Ave. It would be great to talk about those days when no one in Crawford Ave. had a car,or TV and girls played skipping, boys played football, and little boys ran around with no pants on, all playing safely in the street
