Judith, it is Eric. Not usually so stern in fact more often than not he was normally laughing. Lad on far left is Mike Howard.
thanks dave. i've just e-mailed r eric and asked him to put names to em all. i think thats johnny halliwell on front row 1st left? i know the faces but can't remember their names! it's chauvin me to death!

These lads were a credit to PBS (Pem Boys School)you will notice,of course, everyone in school uniform!!!!.
Everyone seems happy enough except Hutchie, Must have been double maths after this was taken.
Has anyone an idea where Dave Bithell is? He was part of this motley crew but moved on to Wigan Grammar school and then the Army, REME, as a helicopter technician in Saudi, I think he returned to UK and the last I heard he was working at Blackpool airport, It would be good to get in touch with him after all these years.

Emigrated to bolton when i got married in 1975 been over this way since two daughters and a grandson hope the gang are all standing would be interesting if we could all meet up and see who is most knackered.
Condolences to the Yates family, sadly Philip has passed away after battling cancer, what a great lad and a fantastic role model. R.I.P Phil.
Barrie, went to phils funeral at charnock richard crem, plenty people there but did not see anybody from pem. such a great lad.
