The butcher Tom Frew was a friend of my dad's he wanted him to go and run his Scottish farm for him. The Coop was opposite

Tom Frew was my uncle. I'm trying to trace his brother David's son also called David.

David Frew here. I remember uncle Toms butchers. My father had his own shop for a time in Hindley, directly across from “bird in t’hand”.
