Tom, I'm afraid that's about it - went out one day and took a whole batch of them 'for posterity', but that's the extent of it!

Andrew, I did exactly as you did 1964/5 took lots of photographs of Scholes and district I took then to Lowes where I worked at the time to show work colleagues they were in a nice wooden box , the night thresh was a break in , the box and it's contents taken . The only one that survived was of my street , Mc Cormick Street for some reason it wasn't in the box , it's on Wigan World under streets ,maybe you would like to have look ,
