To Frank Brogden's right is Ray Holgate ("Nipper") complete with flying tie, next to him is Dennis Joynt who is about to be pecked by Dennis Clarke and the other two obscured faces belong to Jack Shepherd and Bob Hickey who is only just visible in the distance. I have no idea about the other completely obscured person, standing to the side of Frank Brogden.

Apologies, I meant to write Frank Brogan, not Brogden.

The house on the right is where I was born. We always used the back door for entering and leaving because the front door was cluttered up with bikes and sewing machines and stuff. So I never had a key.

When I came home on leave from the army late at night I used to climb on the verandah, then through the bathroom window. Then I would go back downstairs and open the door to retrieve my kitbag before going up again to bed.
