Thinking back Kevan the frontage on the Goods shed at the Chapel Lane end Were they not stone? Has regards to Gauge I understand what You mean, When I started to Build My Wigan Central layout I was lucky to able to start from scratch, The Station is built to exact Scale & the whole station From the Blocks to the Station throat, In N gauge is 6 feet To have done this in 00 would have taken too much room.
