Our Maureen...have you tried turning off iMessage in you settings and turning on SMS/MMS with the MMS button...that’s what I use...it may be just the iMessage that isn’t working properly...🤔
SETTINGS App scroll down to MESSAGES tap on them...and do the above..❤️xx
