A lovely sunny cloudy bright morning, 23C forecast.
A lazy morning partly asleep and on me lappy.
This arvo our walk up the L & L to Top Lock and a quick shop at Mozzers at Ince.

Mo, Susan swears by Rescue Remedy for keeping calm, I’ve never tried it myself, a glass of wine usually does the trick!!!!!!! LOL

Lizzie, as I said, Keith is in good hands, and he had an active life with his job.
I had a sedentary job with lots of stress and it brought on my heart attack, but I have lost 2 stone in weight and am fit and active, so anything can be reversed.
I wish Keith well for the future.
