Updates on progress of project welcome, but update on yourself getting better more so.

I too have some health issues which result in my often being quite active at antisocial hours of two, or three am. Been so for long time now, so used to it. I sleep when my brain and body tell me to sleep, ditto times when I eat or engage in activities. It may be unorthodox, but I fall asleep within minutes of my head hitting the pillow. I do feel I am better off doing this than experiencing the sleeping problems which many seniors have related on these threads.

Do what is best for you, and keep up your recovery.
