Hello all,well the sun is shining and I feel more like myself..and Vince I've
only stayed indoors a couple of days..glad to get home though.

Ray,been to Asda this a.m.and completely forgot the Guinness,but will get
some soon.also having vitamin C ready for this years flu.

I hope Maries feeling better too.
