A bright sunny cloudy day here in Blighty, 12C forecast.

A trip to the phlebotomist at our doctors this morning, it’s part of my ‘healthy heart review’, something they do every year to check on my cholesterol and sugar levels and also liver and kidney functions.

My liver function is always OK despite the amount I sup!!!!!!! LOL

This arvo, a trip to B & Q in Bowton for some storage boxes, not my favourite place to go.
