Hello all,it's a lovely sunny day not too hot just nice.

Sorry about your cold Ray,get your immune system boosted with a little
drinkypoos..only joking..Cliffs always found it hard sleeping,he has ' sleep
aid' tablets either Asda or Tesco's the two a night ones but only has one,
only £2 a packet..they always help..also I have the whale songs and
rainforest sounds on CD..they are very soothing,
