Thanks Ray re back,about fifteen year ago the disc at the top of my spine collapsed and was told after X-rays that my spine was curved at the top
in a letter S..it hasn't bothered me at all until recently ..the top of my back
aches and pains an awful lot now,I have co- codamol but they're not doing
much..but as I say..if that's al I have to cope with,I'm not doing so bad.

Off we go..mill,lisle,Limey,lily,limbus,Billy,bell,bull,Bill,busily,blues,silly,sill,
sully,smiley,smile,slub,isle,umbel,yell.

Vince as we know will have some more.
