Hello all,particularly those who keep visiting to see if I have actually done anything of late.
Well I have been continuing with the buildings along King St,in the main all of the assorted add on's, extensions etc etc that appear to be the work of a random builder working with a pile of left over bits. Suffice to say considering these were all supposed to be some 'mock up' models to see how it would look initially the time some of them have taken has had me seriously occupied for many nights. ( However I think Deb appreciated the peace and quiet and the dogs now growl at me if I try to sit on the sofa next to her)
Anyway a few photos of how far I have managed to get although very few have managed to score a roof as yet.
The latest though at this stage only the back wall I was pleased with a) that it made it onto the layout and b) the sign on the wall came up well after rubbing it with charcoal dust and the sand paper to age it a bit.

Mid way through trying to make out Fyffes warehouse(?) I had several long distance photos that all appear to show different window configurations. Oh and the Hippodrome sign had at least 2 variations as well.
Lastly for this update a long distance shot with one of the shots I have been trying to work from for comparison.

The weather here decided to turn rapidly into winter so we went from 25C and dry to 18 and p.. ing down, so the garden has missed out again this weekend.
