This was not bullying it was about a snide remark he he came out with to my daughter while she was walking her dog.
Plus threats he made to my sister in law about parking on a public road.
He is not the vulnerable old person he makes out he is, and he's not as old as he says he is.
As for reporting it to the police i'll be the one reporting it if it carries on.
