A lot of NHS walking aids probably do 'go for a walk' and you're right, PeterP - it must cost a fortune.

Dostaf, "Weighing them in as scrap" is a bad way to get shot of metal walking aids. (I know you're joking)

Operation Alloy will give them some stick.
