Yet again the CASH COW has been parked up on the central reservation at the junction of Worthinton way/a49.This is twice this last week they have been there.I am not getting into the debate of the speed camera vans but I object to them parking on the grassed central reservation and its time the council made a concrete/tarmac pitch for the van to park on before the van wrecks the central verge running over wet soggy grass or are we all hoping the van could sink up to its axles and get stuckWhat would happen if motorists decided to park on the cental reservation whist they went to the shops or mcdonalds?
