Ispy,

Kolo Toure was using what was deemed as a specified substance!
The World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) defines a specified substance as one that is "more susceptible to a credible, non-doping explanation".
By taking a substance like that,the penalty could be anything from a warning to two years ban.
